Designed Branding Guidelines, refined concept and executed simplified app prototype
TETHER started out in 2017 as a “Design for Good” project, going through 2 redesigns. The concept behind TETHER was increasing accessibility for d/Deaf or Hard of Hearing individuals to services that they are consistently barred from because these services are only accessible through voice calls. As it currently stands, hotline services often do a disservice to HoH communities - the only viable alternatives to voice calls are through text, which is often not robust enough for the types of calls that they handle. Through this project, I explore what a more robust suicide hotline service would look and feel like.
